Chris Ordway presently serves as Executive Vice President of the International Division of the Global Leadership Network. Over his career, he has worked for three Fortune 500 firms and launched two non-profit initiatives. Most notably, Chris led the Consumer Products Business Unit at Motorola and grew its revenue from $5 million to over $100 million in three years. 

Having worked in the United States, Asia, Europe, and Africa, his wealth of experience ranges from business development and operational optimization – to strategy implementation and team leadership.

He serves on several boards, has a track record of powering accelerated growth in organisations and is passionate about driving transformational impact through effective leadership.
